THINGS THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. A BASIC INDISPENSABLE, OR NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE.
The 3 Most Important Elements of Survival
The most important element for survival. The Importance of Water. Dehydration is defined as a loss or insufficient levels of water and important blood salts like potassium and sodium in your body. Important organs like the kidneys, brain, and heart can not function properly without water and salt.
The second most important element for survival. Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for your body. Either plants, insects, or animals that contain essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. Depending on health and body size, it’s estimated that a healthy person can last between 30-40 days without food.
Fire may be the third most important element, but, without it, you have no clean water to drink or clean wounds. You have very minimal ways to cook your food.
The phenomenon of combustion manifested in light, flame, and heat.
One of the four elements of the alchemist’s
air, water, fire, and earth.
The controlled use of fire was one of mankind’s first great innovations. Fire allows us to produce light and heat, to cook plants and animals, to clear forests for planting, to heat-treat stone for making stone tools, to keep predator animals away, and to burn clay for ceramic objects.
Must have Survival Essentials
Having the Essential Supplies for any Survival Situation.
One of the most over-looked survival items of all times, yet one of the most important survival tools needed for an SHTF survival event. The loss of communications will be one of the leading causes of despair.
No more medicines, clinics or hospitals. No more EMT’s, nurses or doctors, unless you are one, or one is in your group. Medical knowledge should be a priority. You’re the doctor. You’re the hospital.
Crucial, essential Medicine
Essential medicines needed for your health. Essential medical equipment needed for your physical disabilities.
