FOOD is the second most important essential element for survival.

Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for your body. Either plants, insects, or animals that contain essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. Depending on health and body size, it’s estimated that a healthy person can last between 30-40 days without food.
